It can be a place you have visited, a place you have seen in a movie, or one you imagined in your wildest dreams. It may be a memory of being in your lover’s arms, or the first time you held your newborn child. It could be a moment of snuggling with your dog or petting your purring cat. It may be a time you watched the sunrise, listened to the birds, walked in the forest, or sat upon the sea shore. Shut your eyes for a moment and see what comes to mind.
