Aluminum is one of the most abundant elements on the planet and shasta is a volcano so I'm not sure why barium and strontium would be a surprise either

Also what is meant by "off the chart"?

You can't go beyond 100% and if all 3 are present in high amounts it has to be less than that
It sounds like they need a better lab because there shouldn't be a need for "charts" just get an AAS and if the solution is too concentrated, dilute it until it's usable and calculate the actual concentration.
There may be something to chemtrails but the "facts" in the fourwinds article are a little silly
